Responsibilities:
- Conduct equity research, industry research, management interviews and site visits;
- Develop financial models and perform financial analysis and prepare valuation reports;
- Appraise company or asset values using different approaches for capital markets, reporting and litigation purposes;
- Work closely with clients, regulators, experts and other professionals on capital markets projects;
- Participate in business development initiatives as required
Qualifications:
- University graduates with a minimum of 1-year relevant experience
- Research skills and ability to analyze financial statements and forecasts
- Strong Excel knowledge and good report-writing skills
- High initiative with good team work and good communication skills
- Individual is expected to travel in the PRC or overseas on assignments
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Candidate with Bloomberg system knowledge would be an advantage
- Candidate with higher experience will be considered as Senior Analyst
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
