We are delighted to share with you that our valuable client Samson Paper Holdings Limited (Stock code: 00731) has successfully resumed the trading of its shares on Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) on 26 January 2022, following its completion of the restructuring.
Samson Paper is principally engaged in the trading of paper products. Since Samson Paper’s establishment in 1965, the company has always been committed to provide local and international clients with diversified choices of printing papers and packaging boards, spanning over a wide range of products and brands, with annual sales of over HK$2.0bn.
For this particular engagement, GCA Professional Services Group‘s work scopes include: i) valuation of Samson’s property, plant and equipment for restructuring purpose; ii) impairment assessment for the paper manufacturing business segment; and iii) assessment of expected credit loss for the accounts receivable at the group level.
